Sams who currently came in limelight this year As he was the highest wicket taker in big bash league it would be interesting to see what he has to offer in IPL.

Roy becomes the second England player at Delhi Capitals who won't be a part of this edition. Chris Woakes had pulled out of the tournament earlier this year to stay fresh ahead of the England summer but he will not be able to make it despite IPL taking place in September. Capitals have signed Anrich Nortje in his place.
